Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delivery Time
Standard tracked delivery to the United States typically arrives within 14 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or an incorrect address.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking information may take several days to update after dispatch.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated or the order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us at leshang2019@outlook.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution when a package is confirmed lost.

Refused Deliveries
Do not refuse a delivery or return a parcel without prior authorization. Refusing delivery does not guarantee that the parcel will be returned to us or that a refund will be issued.
